Booking Conditions: BOOKING AND WAY OF PAYMENT PRE- BOOKING When your pre- booking have been accepted , you will be sent an account number where you have to deposit the previous payment( always 100 Euros minimum) Send the payment sheet by fax to: (+34)950.22.72.05 Write down the name of the person. Please, inform us if you don´t wish to confirm the booking. If withing 48 hours, we haven´t received the deposit , we can cancel the pre-booking. OK.- BOOKING When we have received your deposit, we will send you the confirmation by a BONUS-INVOICE which will be sent to you by E Mail or Fax. This BONUS- INVOICE must be given the arrival day to the house staff when you are given the keys. By technical problems we can´t accept payment by credit card. BOOKING CANCELLATION - 60% will be paid back if the cancellation is produced before 45 days arrival date. - 100% will be paid back if the house is taken by another guest. Note: If the cancellation is produced by justified causes, we could offer you a date change. With this option, both of us will be satisfied. RECEPTION - Pets are admitted.- We understand that we are in the country, so a great deal of people have pets. But, we want to make clear that animal are animals so you are going to be responsible for any damage your pet could do. - We admit only 4 people per house. On the contrary, the guest is going to be the responsible of any damage that could happen if more people came into the houses. ( or pay something more to compensate this situation). - The house are available from 18 Hours ( the day of arrival) to 12 hour (departure day). (Except different agreement). - First Service: Sheets, towels and general cleaning. When there are going to be long stays , we change the sheet and towels every week. - You have to pick the keys up until 22 hours of the arrival day. If you are going to be late o need some help , please phone us to: (+34) 606.66.1962 or (+34) 646.23.21.01. - You have to fiil in the ENTRANCE SHEET , give the PAYMENT RECEIPT and make a depost of 100 Euros per house.( To protect uf for the damages in the houses). - We can´t accept payment by credit card for technical problems. OBSERVATIONS - We have complaints sheet at customer´s disposal. - All the damages that the customer can see in the houses have to be communicated, as soon as possible, to the manager. We would be grateful if you could collaborate in this question because it helps us to maintain all the houses right for you and other customers. - Don´t forget that you are going to be in a rural envirnment, so you have to behave according to this situation.( High volume at nights....). - Our best wish is that you can stay with us comfortably and we hope you to enjoy of all our hospitality and the envirnment that our village often shows you. - When you book with us, it means that you agree with all these clauses - in the GENERAL CONTRATATION CLAUSES-.- In the clauses that are not included in our GENERAL CONTRATATION CLASES- the LAU 29/1994 and the Civil Code will be applied .
