HOW OUR WOODEN HOUSES ARE

The houses are built with pine wood. This kind of constructution is a singular way of life since it produces a biologic effect that you feel inmediatly when you walk around one of our wooden houses. Thanks to the microporous interchange of air through the wood , not only a microclimate of natural wood is created inside but also the people thank the positive and warm influence that merge , in a natural way, the wood itself.

Our house has a wooden structure whose thermical conductivity is very low. To get this effect in a normal building , we have to build walls of about 50 centimetres thick. All the materials used in the building are ecologic and........healthy.

" The oak Tree " and " The Olive Tree " ( the names of the wooden houses) has an easy access and there are about 40 metres far between them.
They are equiped with all the things you can use to have a nice time. Water, Light, kitchenware, tolilets, fridge, cook, chimneys,television etc.....
Both houses have 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a living room and kitchen. All of them are full-equiped.

The views from the houses are wonderful.( As you can see in this panoramic picture in three dimensions).
You will find yourself surrounded among olive,almond,and oak trees.
